Judaeo-Christian ways of meditation

Classes are to reveal a wealth of meditation techniques that help in fruitful reading of inspired texts. Concentration over them takes place in four stages, which define traditional Latin terms: lectio - meditatio - oratio - contemplatio et actio. By listening (lectio) we allow a word to our heart which is the center of thought, we allow it to penetrate and move the deepest strings inside and enter into a dialogue with our most secret thoughts.

Meditation consists in opening to the truth that is passed, which often surpasses the recipient. Prayer - it becomes the answer to the light that appears in the heart. Contemplation and deed make it imperceptible to the surroundings, in the sanctuary of the soul, absolute silence is increasingly common.
